"It was the weekend and the first cold nights of the season were upon us when my heater would not work and I was uncertain what was wrong.  How many of us really know anything about these units other than changing the filters. I called two companies regarding the issue and cost. I will not name the second company for their dishonest business tactics. I was told that my heater needed a new motherboard with the total repair cost coming in at $700. In comparison, let's just say that honesty is what this company is about. They came in, fixed my issue and I had warm heat for my son and I that night. It was a simple cleaning for a specific part that only an expert would have knowledge of. Honesty earned them 5 stars and all future business of mine."

"Look no further, Alberto is the man to make ur home warm n cozy! Sooo happy I went with past yelp reviews and gave HVAC a call; Alberto was friendly and willing to come out on the same day to take a look at why our heater wasn't working. Long story, short and 2 days later (he needed to order a part for our furnace)  Alberto left us with the heat blasting, smiles on our faces and most of all a great impression of HVAC - Alberto/HVAC is highly recommend!."

HVAC earned this review.  I called late Friday night because my furnace stopped working.  Alberto called right back and came early Saturday morning (on-time) .  He worked fast but took the time to give me free consultation and advise regarding my other home issues.  I'll definitely be a returning customer.

 I could not be HAPPIER with the superb service I received from Alberto, Brian & Gus.  I had been trying, without success, to get the owner of North Bay Heating & Air who installed my 4 zone heating system to come and service it.  I finally gave up and Googled Alberto.  I was so impressed with the Yelp references, I called and asked if he would be willing to come all the way to Novato.  He said yes, gave me a very fair quote for cleaning my ducts and servicing my heaters.  They now work better than they ever have ... even when they were brand new.  He insulated them and tightened up a bunch of things that needed it.  They even found a gas leak and fixed it!  Every interaction was very clear, professional, warm and friendly.  I signed up for their maintenance plan.  I really am impressed.  It doesn't get better than this.  Thanks, Alberto!

I'm pleased to recommend HVAC as a superlative business. Alberto is highly professional, personal, and enjoyable as a knowledgeable and articulate provider of high quality services. He will find the most affordable way to get your problem fixed quickly, including outside of M-F 9-5, with no extra charge. Alberto repaired our 2-zone furnace system late on a Friday night and did it for much less than another company's estimate. Alberto will go a long way in this business because he's bright, articulate, enthusiastic, high-energy, patient, and always professional.  We recommend him without reservation!
